Cocotte with mushrooms and cheese

Ingredients:

  mushrooms - 1 kg

  onions - 2 pcs

  cheese - 250 grams,

  cream 20% - 20 ml,

  flour - 2 tbsp,

  Salt and pepper to taste.

  Preparation:

  Mushrooms and onions finely chop. First roasting mushrooms 15 minutes, then add onions, salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the flour and mix it all quickly fill with cream and cheese go to sleep, put in the oven for 15 minutes until a golden crust.
